“For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.” – Romans 8:18
Every season of life carries both joys and challenges, yet Scripture assures us that nothing we endure in the present can rival the glory God is preparing to reveal in us. The Apostle Paul wrote this not as a man unfamiliar with hardship—he knew persecution, loss, hunger, betrayal, and pain. Yet his perspective was anchored on the eternal weight of glory that outshines temporary struggles.
As we close this New Horizon journey, remember: the ultimate horizon is not simply a breakthrough, a blessing, or an answered prayer. It is the unveiling of Christ’s glory in and through your life. That means every tear you have cried, every delay you have endured, and every test you have faced has been a tool in God’s hand shaping you for greater manifestation.
A horizon is never the boundary—it’s just the limit of what your eyes can see. Beyond what you can see today, God has already prepared glory that is incomparable. The glory ahead includes transformation, fulfillment of destiny, and the revelation of Christ in you—the hope of glory (Colossians 1:27).
Maybe you’ve been through a season of sowing with tears, or perhaps you feel like your strength is gone. Take courage: your present suffering is not permanent, and it is not wasted. It is producing a testimony and positioning you for a new measure of God’s glory. This glory will not only bless you—it will radiate through you, touching nations, transforming lives, and leaving a legacy of faith.
So, don’t stop at the sight of pain or difficulty. Don’t settle where you are. Press forward with expectation. God’s glory is ahead, and it will be revealed in you for the world to see.
Prayer Point:
Lord, strengthen me to endure with joy and faith. Help me to fix my eyes not on what is seen but on what is unseen, trusting that the glory You are preparing for me is greater than every trial I face today.
Declaration:
I step boldly into the glory ahead. My present trials are temporary, but the glory of God in me is eternal. I am a carrier of God’s presence, and His glory will be revealed in my life for generations to come.
